I began My career as a registered nurse in a busy clinic, where providing comprehensive, patient-centered care particularly holistic approach to health care emphasizing the importance of understanding each patient’s unique circumstances and developing tailored care plans that promote wellness and empower individuals to take charge of their health. I am passionate about raising awareness around critical health issues, including mental health and preventive screenings

    Liliana Aguilar is a bilingual licensed and registered dietitian/nutritionist with a Master’s in Public Health and Nutrition. With years of experience, Liliana offers medical nutrition therapy, weight management strategies, and personalized dietary guidance to help you achieve long-term health and wellness. Her holistic approach integrates mindful eating, functional nutrition, and emotional support for lasting results.

Dr. Manning is passionate about helping you take charge of your health and improve your quality of life through preventative medicine and personalized wellness plans.

    Yoga Instructor

    Moriah Howells is a dedicated yoga instructor with nearly 10 years of personal practice and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from The Institute of Yoga. Specializing in Power Yoga, Moriah’s classes are designed to energize and challenge students through dynamic flows that build strength, flexibility, and endurance. She emphasizes breath control, intentional movement, and mindful alignment to help students push their physical limits while fostering mental clarity and focus.

    Moriah’s teaching style balances physical intensity with accessible modifications, making her classes suitable for all levels. Her passion lies in empowering students to connect with their inner resilience, leave their comfort zones, and discover new levels of confidence both on and off the mat.

    Vinyasa & Restorative Yoga Teacher | RYT-200

    Claudia Moreno is a passionate yoga instructor based in Houston, Texas, certified through Big Power Yoga in 2019. With over a decade of personal practice, she blends her journey of healing and growth into her teaching, offering a transformative approach that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. Specializing in Vinyasa and Restorative yoga, Claudia emphasizes accessibility and mindfulness in her classes, creating a welcoming space for students of all levels. Guided by the 5 pillars of Baptiste Yoga—Drishti (gaze), Ujjayi (breath), Foundation (core, hands, feet), Tapas (heat), and Vinyasa (flow)—her teaching focuses on building strength, awareness, and balance.

    Currently teaching at X Fit Spa in Houston, Claudia’s mission is to help students feel empowered and supported as they explore their yoga journeys. Outside the studio, she enjoys spending time with her son and dog, running, cooking, and soaking up the sun at the beach. She is also expanding her meditation practice, continuously learning and growing both personally and professionally.

    Sound Healer

    Saumil Manek is a 200 HR-RYT who guides restorative yin-inspired, spiritual meditation sessions. His extensive knowledge, gained through a personal journey, reinforces a deep commitment to teaching. He guides participants to discover their own strength and flexibility, both on and off the mat. His mantra, "When you silence your mind, you awaken your soul," encapsulates the transformative power of his practice. His classes aim to enhance the ability to live with greater presence, patience, gratitude, and courage, while releasing fear, indecision, and what no longer serves. By incorporating singing bowls and meditation, he creates a sweet, gentle, and spiritual experience for all participants.

    Mike Thacker combines decades of experience as a technology consultant, starting in 1992, with over 20 years of yoga practice and a decade of teaching since 2012. He has trained with renowned mentors such as Baron Baptiste, Wim Hof, Tony Robbins, and Stig Severinsen, refining his expertise in personal transformation and holistic wellness.

    Mike specializes in reprogramming thought, breathing, movement, eating, and rest patterns to help individuals achieve balance and growth. He also facilitates hot/cold therapy, meditation, and stretching, offering a comprehensive approach to wellness. With a focus on elevated awareness, conscious breath, precise movement, intentional stress, and silent stillness, Mike is passionate about helping others unlock their full potential and live with greater intention.

    Yoga Instructor

    Originally from Brazil, Joana discovered yoga in 2001 and immediately fell in love. She began training in 2003 and has since studied with renowned teachers across Brazil, New York, and India. With a deep passion for personal growth and mindfulness, she specializes in one-on-one and small group sessions.

    Her journey has taken her from Rio de Janeiro to Trinidad and Tobago, and now Houston, where she continues to teach and inspire others through yoga. Joana Home Yoga is her way of sharing the practice, helping others find balance, strength, and inner peace.
